The Role:
As a Full Stack Developer and co-founding member of our startup, you will play a crucial role in the development, launch, and scaling of our mobile application. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundational team, driving the technical direction and future growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms from the ground up.
- Design, implement, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the app.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define the product vision and translate it into a robust, scalable technical solution.
- Engage in all phases of product development, from ideation to deployment and beyond, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and product impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrates your ability to build and scale B2C products.
- Strong proficiency in technologies relevant to mobile app development, including but not limited to React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in launching products from scratch, with a keen understanding of the challenges and strategies for scaling successfully.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to work in a startup environment and a commitment to achieving the company's mission.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Compensation:
- While this position does not offer an immediate salary, the selected candidate will be awarded significant equity in the company.
